If your website or software requires extra custom development, a migration, or a new setup from scratch, we will let you know upfront and provide a transparent quote before starting any work. No surprise bills.
How do my customers receive the voucher?
We set up an automated flow. When a customer purchases online, they receive a digital receipt, and the recipient gets a formatted digital voucher delivered straight to their email inbox ready to use.
Can customers buy physical gift cards, or is it only digital?
The standard $590 setup focuses on automated digital e-gift cards to save you time and postage admin. However, if you want physical cards for your counter, we can set up your system so staff can scan and redeem physical cards alongside digital ones.
